Perform legal work and research in relation to US immigration and nationality law; Manage client cases under the supervision of senior lawyers from initial enquiry to successful completion; May communicate with new enquiries and as the Associate gains more experience, develop his or her own caseload; Work with support staff on cases as needed to complete a case; Keep up-to-date on developments in US visa and nationality law; Participate in networking and client development activities; and Attend conferences and contribute to the business development of the Firm.
