Barley Snyder LLP, a regional law firm of more than 120 attorneys, is looking to fill the position of Director of Technology.

The Director of Technology oversees the infrastructure of technical operations, manages a team of IT employees, and provides technology to achieve business goals, minimize security risks, increase user satisfaction, and maintain and improve operations and systems.  The Director works closely with firm management, the IT team, attorneys, and staff to assess and address the firm’s technology needs and requirements.    

The position requires a sound understanding of computer systems, applications, cloud services, networks, security and telecommunications systems.  In addition to required technical skills, the candidate must demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
