JOB PURPOSE
The Financial Systems and Database Administrator provides strong technical and business skills to implement and support exceptional systems across numerous areas of business. This person will serve as part of a talented and innovative team to assist in building out and integrating our numerous systems, while providing a unified and personalized experience for the business.
WHERE YOU WILL WORK
This role is designated for a hybrid work schedule with 2 days in office per week to facilitate collaboration with key stakeholders and 3 remote days per week.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist with importing and exporting data to and from our systems using Intapp Integration Builder
- Support firm departments in leveraging various applications including Elite 3E, Intapp suite and UltiPro/viDesktop
- Monitor user provisioning to ensure proper security
- Create ad hoc SSRS reports as requested
- Work with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Coordinate system upgrades
- Write and maintain custom scripts (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell, SQL), CSS and HTML
- Install, configure, test and maintain systems
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Advanced SSRS report writing experience
- In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server, IIS, relational databases,
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic understanding of .NET programming and SOAP/REST API calls
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business related field preferred
- Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp Product Suite or Professional Services Billing Platforms preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF POSITION
Work is performed in a professional office environment and requires the following during the work day:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time (working at a computer)
- Ability to move/traverse about inside the office intermittently throughout the day (attend meetings, access file cabinets, obtain supplies from supply room, etc.)
- Operate computer and other office equipment such as a copy machine, printer, telephone, etc.
- Repetitive movement (i.e. heavy computer/keyboard use).
- Individual will interact regularly with others verbally, in-person, and via written communication.
- May require occasional light lifting (files, copy paper, etc.).
