We have an opening for a Technical Operations (Litigation Support) Analyst/Senior Analyst.
This position may sit in any of our U.S. offices.
The Technical Operations Analyst/Senior Analyst is responsible for all software, systems and servers relating specifically to the Technical Operations team, trial support services and the Firm’s in-house eDiscovery solutions.
In this capacity, the Technical Operations Analyst/Senior Analyst will:
- Provide advanced support in the use of litigation support software and systems to the Firm’s internal legal teams as well as external users including vendors, consultants and clients;
- Provide advanced level management of the application of electronically stored information, technologies and processes at various stages of litigation or transactional matters;
- Provide advanced level support in the creation and usage of customized Concordance databases in conjuncture with all practice support tools and systems;
- Provide advanced level support with the creation and usage of transcript and case management repositories in Case Notebook, Opus2 and CaseMap/TimeMap;
- Provide advanced level support with the usage of the Axway Secure File Transfer FTP system;
- Provide trial support services to include hardware and software support for the trial teams, remote site setup, creation of exhibits, creation of deposition clips and assistance with the creation of presentation materials;
- Perform work in an efficient and cost-effective manner so as to permit the Firm to reasonably collect fees for such work; and
- Handle additional related projects as assigned.
In addition, the Technical Operations Analyst/Senior Analyst will be expected to have:
- Advanced knowledge of Electronic Discovery and e-Discovery principles to include Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and the litigation lifecycle, concepts, principles, management and processing of electronically stored information (ESI) as related to legal matters, including the use of various ESI collection, management, review and processing tools and applications;
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with litigation support database applications to include but not limited to Relativity, Ringtail, Concordance, Summation, DB/TextWorks and CaseMap/TimeMap;
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with litigation support imaging applications and data processing software to include but not limited to Concordance Image, LAW, IPRO and Nuix;
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with litigation support transcript and case management applications to include but not limited to LiveNote, Case Notebook, TextMap, NoteMap and Opus2;
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with litigation support trial presentation applications to include but not limited to Sanction, Trial Director, Visio and Microsoft Power Point; and
- Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft technology to include but not limited to Windows, Office Suite, Exchange, SQL and SharePoint.
