Job Details: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing general day-to-day legal advice to Tyson’s Dakota Dunes business with a particular emphasis on beef and pork matters, including exports. This candidate will also be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) beef and pork rules and guidelines. Candidates should be familiar with standard legal concepts, practices, and procedures applicable to contracting and be able to provide guidance and support to the Company’s business units for operational matters related to the interpretation and enforcement of a variety of commercial  contracts.
