We are looking for an innovative Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist to implement new outreach strategies to attract a qualified and diverse pool of candidates and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for summer associates and lateral attorneys. This non-exempt position is eligible for a hybrid-remote work schedule and can be filled in Dallas or Houston. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing various recruiting platforms, knowledge of the attorney recruiting process and at least five years of recruiting experience. A Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is required.
