Richards, Layton & Finger, Delaware’s largest law firm, seeks a detail-oriented Legal Conflicts & Research Analyst to join its team in Wilmington, DE.  RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs business/legal research (Due Diligence) of companies and individuals using a variety of resources both legal and non-legal. Performs conflicts of interest searches for new business, business development, lateral hires, etc., communicating with firm personnel to ensure that data and search requirements have been properly determined. Reviews and analyzes conflicts search results, flagging pertinent hits that should be further reviewed.  Ability to identify and provide conflicts clearance recommendations. Assists the Department
