Help Desk Lead
Foster Garvey PC, one of the Pacific Northwest's leading law firms in downtown Seattle, is looking for a Help Desk Lead with exceptional customer service skills to be part of our IT team. Candidates should have recent customer service experience in an IT environment and exceptional organizational and people skills; prior work in a law firm environment is a plus. This position is on site and is not a remote position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make this position their own, managing a team of Help Desk professionals and delivering thoughtful customer service to our professionals.
