Practice area: Immigration Law Under close senior attorney supervision, conduct initial client intake interview and identify legal issues and forms of relief. Conduct legal research and collect supporting documents for family-based, employment-based, removal defense and political asylum immigration cases. Communicate with exclusively Spanish speaking clients to gather information and advise clients as to timing and likelihood of success. Following the instructions of the supervising attorney, refer cases to in house attorneys who draft legal documents based on case strategies. Research and assist in the drafting non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and appl
