Job Summary: The Help Desk/Applications Specialist is an essential role that will provide on-site technical support to attorneys and staff for all technology-related needs. This position requires a strong understanding of desktop/server operating systems and their related infrastructure, and an advanced “expert” level of skill around Microsoft Office and related products. This position will collaborate with the IT team, the Software and Document Specialist/Trainer, the Marketing Director, and end users to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve document, hardware, website, and software problems and to enhance the end-user experience.
