Suffolk County plaintiff creditor's rights law firm is seeking a litigation associate to actively litigate cases in New York State. The attorney will attend regular court appearances throughout Long Island and the five boroughs. While not required, admission in New Jersey is a plus. Position Summary: Responsible for managing a caseload of litigated and non-litigated claims. Develop and implement litigation strategy, review and approve pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement agreements and other hands-on drafting related to the firm’s practice.
