SUMMARY: The People Analytics & Systems Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the firm’s HRIS system (UltiPro), ensuring data integrity and producing all needed reporting. The Analyst will develop solutions for HRIS projects, including analyzing requirements, drafting specifications, configuring the system, testing and training. This individual will also create HRIS reports and analyses to communicate the meaning behind our people data. This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days on site, 2 days remote.
