The law firm of Mehri & Skalet, PLLC (“M&S”) seeks litigation associates to join ournationwide practice. We aim to hire at least two associates. Applications will be consideredon a rolling basis. The firm primarily represents employees, whistleblowers, consumers, and nonprofitorganizations in class action and impact litigation under federal and state laws. Our casesgenerally involve civil rights, employment discrimination, consumer protection, insurance,public health crises (such as the opioid epidemic), the False Claims Act, whistleblower rights,Title IX, and wage and hour laws.
