The Immigration Law office of Claire Degerin is a fast-growing immigration firm based in Palo Alto, CA. We are currently looking to hire 2 licensed and experienced immigration attorneys, one on a FT basis and one on a contract-basis to handle NIV petitions and IV petitions. Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in business immigration law and must possess excellent legal writing skills. Candidates do not necessarily need to be based in the Palo Alto area, but must be self-motivated and dependable.
