Education/Training/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experience has been directly related to the functions of the job
Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years as a business analyst successfully delivering impactful business process improvements and solutions. 4+ years of IT experience working in the legal industry or professional services.
- Must have Business Requirements and functional specifications experience.
- Agile and DevOps experience preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, required
- Strong understanding of project management principles / methodology, required
- Must be analytical and solutions oriented towards solving business issues and opportunities, required
- Must be able to distill critical data and help to identify required actions based on indicative results, required
- Proficient at developing business process design (Process flows, diagrams, etc.) and in using MS-Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project, required
Performance Traits:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with all levels of the Firm and outside vendors
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment and effectively support the demanding needs of the Firm
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines with shifting priorities
- Must be a self-starter with a high level of initiative
- Strong client-service orientation; able to anticipate needs and exercise independent judgment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion
- Exercises solid strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
- May require occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
*This position follows a hybrid work schedule, three (3) days in the office and two (2) days working from home.
