Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking an experienced Practice Support Applications Specialist for technical support and troubleshooting of specialized practice specific applications – both purchased and internally developed. This person will also assist with evaluating solutions, implementing and testing applications, developing usage workflows, generating application reports, and manage a number of administrative functions such as internal data collections and data archiving. The selected individual will maintain a continuum of state-of-the-art technology required of our practice groups.
