The ILTABusiness Partner Operations Coordinator (BPOC) will provide ongoing support to all active ILTA Business Partners. They will secure the needed partner sponsorship collateralpursuant to the various sales agreements, oversee the partner event registration process, obtain the required partner insurance documents, work to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner, and address operational questions concerning partner involvement in ILTA activities. The BPOC will also be required to update partner accounts in Salesforce and assist with the tracking of sales activity. In addition to the operational responsibilities, this individual will oversee the business partner contracting process by reviewing sales agreements and other related documents to ensure they comply with organizational guidelines. At times, they will liaise with management and outside counsel to address any contractual questions or needed amendments.
Critical Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and strengthen assigned Business Partner relationships by providing high-quality support in a timely manner.
Serve as main point of contact and address all inquiries and ensure partners maximize their sponsorship benefits throughout the year. Also accountable, along with the assigned Custer Success Manager, for the overall satisfaction of all accounts.
Provide input into product, marketing, and sales process.
Secure the needed Certificates of Insurance.
Responsible for timely payments and collections of assigned accounts.
Help maintain clear, up-to-date records and activities within Salesforce
Work Experience:
3+ years of customer service/support experience
Proven experience managing legal agreements within a law firm or corporate environment.
Experience working with large enterprise customers.
Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
Experience building and maintaining customer and/or vendor relationships.
Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred or commensurate experience. (Preferred)
Paralegal Degree or experience (Preferred)
Skills/Capabilities/Technical:
Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
Excellent communicator.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. Experience with Excel preferred.
Detail oriented. Strong Salesforce and MSOffice skills.
Must work independently and be comfortable working in a remote environment.
