Dynamic and fast-growing Silicon Valley-based immigration practice is seeking a partnership-track Immigration Attorney to work as part of a team to both work and manage cases for individuals and employers. Candidates can be remote. The ideal candidate will have experience in H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM Labor Certification, EB-1A, EB-1B, NIW, adjustment of status, and family and naturalization cases. The ideal match for this opportunity should be someone with strong multi-tasking and communication skills, and a self-starter who can manage clients and lead consultations with new clients. Compensation includes a base salary plus bonuses commensurate with experience and billables. Total compensation range is $140,000 to $250,000+. This par
