We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst who will be responsible for assisting end users to ensure that technology hardware and software, within the Firm, meet business requirements and that end users can accomplish day-to-day business tasks. Supporting end-user technology requests by phone, in person, ticketing, and daily audio-visual setups is at the center of the Firm's critical business functions and therefore it is extremely important that the highest reliability, performance, and technical support is achieved. This position is both a front-line support role and a technical support services role.
