We are seeking a corporate/transactional attorney to join the Farm Bureau legal team.  In this role, you will provide sophisticated and high value legal services to the Iowa Farm Bureau and its affiliates, including the entities comprising Farm Bureau Financial Services. The Counsel/Senior Counsel will work directly with the investments team to provide legal support for investment transactions conducted by the organization’s affiliated life and property-casualty insurers.  The position will also work directly with Renew Rural Iowa, Iowa Farm Bureau’s innovative program to enhance and improve economic growth across the state, including through its affiliated venture capital funds.  The Counsel/Senior Counsel will also have responsibility for providing legal support in the areas of
