DMS Administrator
Overview The Document Management System Administrator is responsible for providing support for NetDocuments, a cloud-based document management application. Duties include executing client upgrade testing, adjusting system configurations, overseeing third-party integrations, and managing software updates, advocating for system enhancements and maintaining system documentation. Additionally, the Administrator provides support to users firmwide which may include, but is not limited to troubleshooting incidents, resolving user issues, contributing to training efforts, supporting the discovery needs of the Office of General Counsel and operational needs of Records Management.
