The Senior Manager, Legal Talent Technology & Analytics is responsible for advancing systems, data management, reporting and insights across Legal Talent, including Legal Recruiting and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (“DEI”). The role involves leveraging technology, analytical expertise and project management skills to develop and execute on a roadmap that enhances the impact of existing systems, drives data quality, expands insight and awareness, enables strategic initiatives and generally supports the business objectives of the Department. Responsibilities Partner with Director, Legal Talent Development and Director, Legal Recruiting Analytics and other senior leadership in Legal Talent, Legal Recruiting and DEI to establish, design and implement technology
