We are excited to work with Pierce Atwood to recruit a Director of Information Technology to lead the firm's information technology function. The Director of Information Technology has primary responsibility for developing, implementing, and driving technology strategy, roadmaps, solutions, and operations. The Director will ensure the alignment of IT strategies with the firm's objectives, ensuring best-in-class business operations and legal service delivery. Responsibilities include managing IT budgets, contracts, vendor negotiations, 24/7 IT support, cloud, security, applications, network infrastructure, telecommunications, audio-visual, system integrations, and litigation support.

The Director of IT will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and lead a team of approximately nine professionals.
