We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Event and Experience Delivery Administrator (EDA) to support the Local Experience Team (LE), Event Operations Team (EO), and the Chief Experience Officer (CXO). The EDA will be instrumental in managing daily event operations activities. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, possess exceptional communication and time management skills, and be proficient in various Microsoft applications. Professionalism, responsiveness, and the ability to follow up and make necessary calls are crucial. Building and maintaining strong relationships with members, business partners, and suppliers is key to success in this role.
Specific Responsibilities:
Assist LE in tracking down dates, contracts, and organizational needs of Local Experience events and event meetings
Assist EO in tracking down contracts, follow-up, and exploratory calls, and assisting with administrative details that arise with events.
Assist with shipping as needed and shipping and preparation for ILTACON shipments
Work on an as needed basis with ILTACON ‘on the ground’ events
Aid with calendar management for LE, EO, and CXO
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for the CXO
Assist with travel arrangements and coordination of expense reports for the Volunteer and Small Event meetings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and business partners to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention levels
Become familiar with the processes in LE and with EO
Assist in other ad hoc tasks and projects as requested
Internal Relations:
Reports to Chief Experience Officer.
Works closely with the Local Experience Team and the Event Operations Team
Effectively maintains relationships with other ILTA staff
External Relations:
Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with customers of ILTA
Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with Vendors and Partners

Great communication skills
Experience with Concur preferable
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) along with other database type systems including Salesforce.
