User Support Technician - Remote Option Available
Founded in 1920, Akerman is recognized as one of the country’s premier law firms, with more than 700 lawyers in 26 offices throughout the United States. Akerman is seeking a User Support Technician for its National Information Technology Department. This position will provide front-line remote support and guidance to end-users on the firm's computer and telephone systems.  Responsibilities include: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for firm users in all offices via remote support Monitor support queues, identify trends in malfunctions and errors Assist with testing and rolling out new software, including Microsoft Office 365 Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivale
