Technology Manager
A global law firm is seeking an experienced Technology Manager to oversee a team of IT Technicians and ensure exceptional technical assistance across the firm. The Technology Manager will focus on efficient problem resolution, user support, and maintaining seamless functionality of technology systems. Key responsibilities include managing Help Desk operations, staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and implementing solutions for recurring issues.
