Packman, Neuwahl and Rosenberg, P.A. is looking for an energized and ambitious associate attorney to perform the following job duties:  Represent clients before DHS, DOS, DOL, and other governmental entities; Supervise paralegals and legal assistants in the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant visa applications and immigrant visa applications; Conduct legal research and draft legal documents pertaining to client matters, including but not limited to legal letters and memos in support of visa applications, responses to USCIS requests for evidence (RFEs), waivers, motions to reopen, federal court complaints, and appeal briefs; Formulate legal immigration strategies for current and prospective clients.
