The Information Technology Department of Arnold & Porter has an opening for a Manager of IT Procurement in the New York or Washington, DC office.  The Manager reports directly to the Chief Information Officer. This role is critical in managing the acquisition of technology goods and services for our firm. The successful candidate will research potential vendors, analyze costs, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with firm policies while supporting our technology infrastructure needs across all offices. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on cost, quality, and reliability for IT hardware, software, and related services. Develop and maintain relat
