We have an exciting opportunity for a Technology Support Specialist to join a dynamic team of professionals. This role serves as a liaison between end users and IT, ensuring smooth technology operations and user-focused solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support for office technology issues and requests escalated by the Help Desk, including remote cross-office assistance.
Troubleshoot software, network, and connectivity issues; perform installations and resolve application problems.
Evaluate, test, and implement new technologies.
Collaborate with IT staff and vendors to address technical issues.
Support onboarding processes, including file transfers and mobile device setup.
Manage AV/conference room technology needs.
Participate in weekly on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
Maintain expertise in standard software and provide backup assistance to team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support within a professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, MS Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Citrix, VPN, Intune, and mobile device management.
Experience with conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, RingCentral) and AV setups.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
