Job Description: 

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Immigration Attorney who wants to accelerate their career in a fast-paced, innovation first environment. Responsibilities: 

• Lead complex business immigration cases including H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, P-3, PERM labor certifications, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 matters 

• Use AI-powered legal research and drafting tools to accelerate case preparation and strategy development 

• Counsel corporate clients on employment-based immigration strategy and compliance 

• Mentor junior attorneys and manage relationships with corporate HR teams 

• Collaborate with partners on firm growth and business development initiatives 

What We're Looking For: 

• 5 to 10 years of business immigration law experience (employment-based focus required) 

• J.D. from accredited law school + active U.S. bar license in good standing 

• Self-motivated attorney who is eager to learn AI-enabled practice methodologies 

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with commitment to high-quality work 

• Entrepreneurial mindset with partnership aspirations 

• Ability to manage complex caseloads independently while collaborating with team 

• Excellent communication skills with corporate clients and government agencies
