The Campaign Readiness Project is a train-to-hire bootcamp pipeline at the DNC with the goal of supporting states in their recruitment, training, and hiring of diverse, talented, and local staff for specific roles and skill sets on coordinated campaigns. Participation in these bootcamps will expand opportunities for consideration for campaign roles in targeted states with the aim of helping elect Democrats up and down the ballot.    Our second paid bootcamp series will center around Voter Protection leadership positions and people who meet the outlined qualifications are encouraged to apply. The Voter Protection Leadership Bootcamp will be held virtually October 22-24. Participation in the bootcamps does not guarantee future em
