ILTA Customer Success Manager
The International Legal Technology Association is the leading global organization dedicated to providing education and services to legal technologists as well as creating access for its corresponding vendor community to achieve its sales and marketing objectives. The ILTA Customer Success Manager will lead sponsor success initiatives with the business partner community by keeping the association focused on sponsor outcomes that result in greater engagement and higher annual renewal rates.    Basic Function of the Position:  The ILTA Customer Success Manager (CSM) will understand sponsor outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback and turn this into onboarding and retention/account development strategies.
