Systems Support Technician
General Summary:  Under direction, oversee the daily functioning of the Firm’s personal computers and telephone system at all Firm office locations.  Work cohesively with team members, supervisors, attorneys and staff to provide efficient and superior customer service. Responsibilities: Maintain the Firm’s personal computers in working order and telephone systems for all offices. Ensure problems with hardware, software and cabling are handled in a timely manner.
