Banker Lopez Gassler is currently recruiting for a dynamic legal professional to join our firm as a Legal Training and Professional Development Manager. Candidates must be great with people and computers. This is an in-office position residing in downtown Tampa. This position develops and leads the training program from onboarding through retirement for team members focused on defense litigation files. It also assists with recruiting and developing new and talented team members. The ideal candidate will be able to help resolve training gaps that impact efficiency and team effectiveness in a legal environment. Prior experience with trial litigation in a paralegal or support role is required.
