The ILTA Australia Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Australian membership, volunteer committees and staff delivered initiatives in Australia .
The coordinator will maintain an active presence in the Australia legal technology community, recruit potential members and partners, lead programming initiatives, coordinate events, and managing the Australia volunteer governance structure.
The ILTA Australia Coordinator will also provide support for organization-wide Membership initiatives and projects.
Candidates can be located anywhere in Australia.
Specific Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the ILTA membership community to drive engagement and recruit new members
Devise and implement communications strategies for the community, including but not limited to volunteers, forums, blogs, email, and social media
Engage in the legal technology industry and stay current with industry trends
Support our Australia event processes from planning through execution
Drive the development of initiatives to engage the membership and wider legal community
Monitor social media posts and other interactions to promote community participation that nurtures growth, diversity, and positive interaction
Develop and utilize data to drive decisions and improve the community
Implement ongoing analytics to measure community performance and report results to internal stakeholders
Work with partners to develop support for the community
Internal Relations:
Reports to the Director of Member and Volunteer Operations
Effectively maintains relationships with ILTA staff to ensure creation, promotion and execution of Australian activities
External Relations:
Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with volunteers, members at large, and business partners of ILTA to ensure maximum value for their experience
