We are seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager to join the Los Angeles, Orange County, Palo Alto or San Francisco office. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of law student and lateral associate recruitment and development for multiple U.S. offices. Primary responsibilities include oversight of legal recruiting efforts, summer associate programs, lawyer on-boarding and orientation, and law school relationships. Additional responsibilities include working with legal search firms, facilitating the negotiating lateral associate placement agreements and communicating with and marketing the firm to lateral candidates.
